In addition to the hospitality industry, Merrilee has worked with national non-profit agencies, health-care providers, lawyers, C-level executives and manufacturers. She has been accused of "thinking big," and works with clients who are willing to do the same.
Merrilee is both a Certified Coach-U Graduate and a Certified Analyst of Behaviors, Values and Attributes; she has also completed High-Impact Team Training and Professional Chef Training. In a previous life, she studied Economics and Political Science.
